Bid9ja does not guarantee the condition, performance, or fitness of any item.
Bidders are encouraged to review all details carefully before bidding.
Delivery or pickup details will be communicated after payment.
Ownership transfers to the buyer only after full payment is confirmed.
Bid9ja is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure events.
No refunds after successful auction wins unless required by law or explicitly stated.
Bid9ja may cancel auctions due to:
Technical errors
Fraudulent activity
Seller issues
Force majeure
Any disputes must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.
Bid9ja’s decision on disputes is final, subject to applicable laws.
You agree not to:
Manipulate bids or engage in shill bidding
Use bots, scripts, or automated bidding tools
Provide false or misleading information
Harass other users
Attempt to bypass security systems
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.
